I feel like I want to establish Independence , and for the most part I am , but my mother is a different story , she keep treating me like a kid ,
they keep walking into to my room , I´ve had some close calls “gulp” , they keep getting me stuff I don´t want eg toys and odd-coloured clothes , crappy video-games it´s annoying. Basically they do everything … If I try to make my own break-fast I´m shouted at.
I´ve tried to communicate less with them , but instead they communicate more with me , I´m not the same person I was when…I was 10 , how can I make them realize this?
I don´t wish out cut out conversation long-term , because luckily my mother is the few human-beings I do get along with.

You have the answer in your question. You think that by not talking with your parents that they’ll leave you alone? That tells parents that there is a problem, and they need to keep an eye on you. How about actually trying to communicate with them, and tell them exactly how you feel. You want to be treated like an adult then start acting like one. Because right now your acting like a 10 year old.
ask them
