Ideas for a poor family (KIDS), really bad?
My dad is friends witha guy at his work, and tehy have no furniture, they sleep on the floor, no food , and cable, but they can only watch movies (OLD ONES). these kids are so polit3e it anit funny, i mean its all yes sir, ok ma’am. theres a 12 year old girl and 2 boys (2 and 8)
im 11, i dont have anything but 10 or 15 dollar giftcards, but i wanna help.
I need ideas, all i got for them is:
word searches
coloring books (spongebob, i guess)
uno
playing cards
cheap board games
cheap 5 dollar movies (kid friendly, and all age comedy, u kno whqat i mean.
cheap baby toys
i got a 3 section notebook, and some colored pencils, crayons, and 2 pens and 3 pencils. aia think in a section im going to sharpie an image from the computer (stencil it)
No expensive stuff
though my dad was thinking about getting a wii, but we didnt have that extra money.
i need ideas. anything greatly appreciated

You could probably get some sketch pads and colored pencils. a lot of kids like to draw and color. um there is also those velvet art posters (the ones that come with a set of markers and a pre-drawn picture).
Yes your def. doing the right thing! here’s my idea. Go to wal-mart, or dollar tree or someplace and get a basket. Fill it full of useful items such as toothbrush,toothpaste, shompoo,soap,harbrush,wash cloths,towels, things like that. Sometimes since we have all of that stuff, we forget that people could use the simple stuff. Hey, make up a basket for each of the people. Think along that line. If their that bad off, Im sure they would appriciate it!…and on the plus, that could only be about 10 dollars a person!

you can get dry erase boards so they wont run out of paper(and expo markers), some books, stuffed animals,stickers, you can get kids bikes for under 50$, some outdoor things like hula hoops, football, rollerblades,jumpropes! kids love outdoors, and it would be much better insstead of using electricity and wasteing money
you can call local stores around you & present the idea that you would like to get a collection together for a “poor” family, maybe they can donate, like furniture stores, mattresses, grocery store, the kind of things they need for a “home”…maybe dad can help you get these things together & sent to this family…good luck…
