They are really hyper and i have to baby sit them like couple times a weekl, but even when i dont, they still get on ma nerves. they arre so anoying, and i have a temper problem so if they are going to do somethign im going to yell and they like to play alot so if they throw their toys at me, im gong to chase them around the house and start hitting them. I dont want that to happen becuz when i play with them or when i dont they get hurt by me they are 7 and 8. I have a man hand and the only way i could help my temper is by fighting, and my parents dont like me talking about this bcuz they think im making this up, and that make me even more frustraded and wants to fight even more! What should i do?

First of all you need to get anger management help. It sounds like you have a lot of things bottled up inside of you. Talk to your school counselor so you can alleviate your anger and that will help with your anger. Now with your brother and sister I also have to take care of my hyper brother and sister. They are 7 and 13 and there are times where I just can’t handle it. What you need to do is go ahead and play with them but make a deal with them. Tell them you will play with them for 30 minutes but then they have to sit and watch a movie with you or something like that. Make a deal with them so they can sit down and relax too. You can also do something outside so they can take their energy out. Ofcourse sit outside with them so they don’t leave your yard etc but yeah. Hope this helps!
If they throw something, put them in a corner, getting chased by your is prob. fun for them.
Create races for them so they get that energy out.
