Well haven’t seen it on the recall, but I bought 2 of them from amazon and was refunded my money before I even received the items and was told that the items had too high of lead count, based on the new laws, but like I said I haven’t seen them on the recall list, but then again, I haven’t seen them on store shelves. But overall, the toy was pretty cool, well like I said until I found out it had a lead problem.
