Wiggins Preschool receives aid
Morgan County has helped fund the Wiggins Preschool program this summer with $9,500 in funding. Dollars from the Temporary Assistance to Needy Families fund have allowed the preschool summer program to go forward despite cuts in state funding, said Steve Romero, director of the Morgan County Department of Human Services.
