What a wonderful Christmas gift for my 9 month old son who isn’t quite ready for a Fisher Price Little People Farm Set just yet. I think I like this toy even more! Unlike the Fisher Price one, most of this playset is one piece (less little toy parts to misplace),the animals are adorable, and the sounds are soo cute.

A sturdy and attractive toy, and bonus points for emitting sounds at low volume. Not many pieces to lose. I think this toy would be well received by a 12-20 month old, but was not a slam dunk for my two year old son. A few buttons to push, a few pieces to tug on, a few animals to place in the barn, but not many opportunities for imaginative play…
